For nearly twenty years Versandra Kennebrew has introduced people to holistic options for health and wellbeing. From private one-on-one sessions to workshops that morph into multi-media empowerment tools, Kennebrew is on a mission is to help people heal.

An innovator, Kennebrew has reinvented herself and her business several times and is currently on a mission to support thousands of women entrepreneurs as they become more healthy, balanced and prosperous. Title’s like: entrepreneur, massage therapist, energy field specialist, aromatherapist, author, marketing specialist, speaker, homeless advocate, philanthropist, social media strategist, workshop facilitator and coach have all been placed upon Kennebrew however she simply calls herself a Life Changer. Her motto: “Tell me about the life you dream of and I’ll help you create a map to get there.”

After a 23-year career in retail, recruiting, training and developing sales team leaders, Versandra decided to follow her true passion in the healing arts. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open a relaxation center in Southfield, MI where she and her team provided massage therapy and other holistic treatments to assist clients in their quest for optimal health and well-being. To gain a larger share of the market, Kennebrew expanded to include on-site corporate massage for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ford Motor Company and several other corporations and firms providing opportunities for many local Myomassologists to practice their trade.

In 2003 after a number of major life challenging events occurred, Kennebrew lost everything and became homeless. This experience connected her more deeply to her mission, to touch the world. Her memoir “Thank God for the Shelter” chronicles the process of getting back up after a knock-out and gaining enough strength and power to not only stand but to run a marathon. Her second book “The Art of Reinventing You” takes readers on a journey into their own creative mind, the ultimate resource for inventing and reinventing.

Ask anyone who knows Kennebrew and they will likely say, “She does a lot to help people” but only those closest to her know of the passion and love that drives all that she does. Versandra Kennebrew believes that every human has special gifts and talents that when nurtured and fed, they have the power to end homelessness around the world and shift darkness into light.

Her latest project, Prosperity, is a healing musical experience sprinkled with poetic prose for life transformation. She hopes the message and the music in this masterpiece featuring YaTafari, Music Practitioner will ignite the imagination of many, manifesting great prosperity. “Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.” Albert Einstein

I love what you’re doing to inspire women to blossom. This is the kind of work I want to do in my community. I look forward to reading your posts and eventually getting your book to learn all I can from you. Blessings!

Maybe you can attend one of my workshops or book signings Kim. No need to wait to get started, you can start in your community today. I suggest hosting a “sister talk” gathering at your home or local coffee shop and just let your sisters tell you what they need, then seek out creative solutions.
